Service Level Agreements

A Service Level Agreement with 1st Call Tech guarantees your IT systems will be monitored and kept in the best health possible.

Inevitably systems do fail so a Service Level Agreement assures you that your systems will be operational again quickly with as little downtime to your business as possible.

Our Service Level Agreement is designed to suit your business and our engineers are trained and certified to work with a majority of leading manufactures and you will be assigned an engineer with the skills required to resolve your problems. With your IT infrastructure our team can work with your IT warranty support, external IT suppliers, or for an additional charge, organise a full ongoing hardware maintenance agreement.

Our maintenance service combined with our Remote Desktop Support service takes resolving a problem to the next level.

Using a secure gateway into your network our support team can take control of your servers, workstations or system equipment, and diagnose and rectify any problems, fast, with minimum down time.

As part of the Service Level Agreement we carry out regular server health checks. This service may be service pack updates, Anti-virus definition updates, back-up job completion checks, RAID integrity etc.
